Build Brave Training is here to help you feel more at home in your body by building skills in the areas of movement, nutrition, and rest. Strength and resiliency is grown through a posture of kindness.

Specifically, we bring attention to how the daily practices of movement, eating, and rest are spaces to train your values. This is not through hidden secrets, special revelation, or 30-day transformations, rather, we focus on how you can develop and consistently engage with your essential practices. This work is based on:
