Build Brave Training is here to help you feel more at home in your body through building adaptable skills, with an ethic of kindness, in the areas of movement, creativity, and rest that make sense in the actual context of your life.

We’ll work together to bring attention to how the practices of movement, creativity, and rest are spaces to embody and embed our values into daily life. With the emphasis on creativity and rest, this is all so much more than a 90-day transformation, improving or optimizing our metrics, or just “getting healthy,” let alone aesthetics. Rather, the emphasis is on a relationship with our bodies - living into the question of: how can we move and live in authentic ways that honor the fullness of who we are?

This work is based on:

  • Leading with and living into questions and queries.

  • Expanding the skills needed for change.

  • Attending and adapting to our environment.

  • Seeking intrinsic motivations and rewards for practices.

  • Growing in relation to our bodies.

  • Nourishing confidence in our ability to adapt.
